📋 What happens when you report?

  • Your report goes directly and confidentially to the Club Welfare Officer
  • You do not need to provide your name or contact details
  • The CWO will assess the concern and act in line with the club's Safeguarding Policy
  • For serious concerns, the CWO will liaise with the County FA Designated Safeguarding Officer

🚨 In an Emergency

This form is for logging concerns — not emergencies. If a child is in immediate danger:

  • Call 999 for Police or Ambulance
  • NSPCC Helpline: 0808 800 5000 (Mon–Fri 8am–10pm, Sat–Sun 9am–6pm)
  • FA Safeguarding Team: Safeguarding@TheFA.com
